We are seeking a compassionate Behavior Clinician to join our Behavioral Support Services team. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence, self-determination, and inclusion across all settings.
The Behavior Clinician conducts assessments, develops and monitors individualized behavior plans, and provides training to families, caregivers, and support staff. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and a person-centered approach are essential.
A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required, with experience in developmental disabilities preferred. This position offers opportunities for growth, specialized training, and collaboration within a supportive, innovative team.
